Inside the pack
Add to your pack.
- User manualFitted into the lid or a die-cut pocket, so it is found rather than fished out.
- Butter paperPrinted translucent wrap over the product. It delays the reveal by a second, and that second is what gets filmed.
- EnvelopesFor invitations, certificates and the letter that explains why the product exists.
- RibbonsSatin, grosgrain or woven, printed or foiled. Turns opening into a deliberate act rather than a tear.
- Shredded paperCrinkle-cut fill in kraft, pastel or metallic. Protects, and makes a hamper look full rather than packed.
- FreebiesSamples, stickers, seed cards, novelty items. The unplanned thing that gets photographed.
- Branded packing tapeWater-activated gummed paper, printed. The pack is on brand before the customer has opened it.
- Miniature stickersFoil wafer seals holding the wrap closed. Cheap, and the detail people notice.
- Thank you cardThe only place in the pack where you get to speak in full sentences.
- Silica gelMoisture control for leather, electronics and anything crossing a humid port.
Surface finishes
Finish the surface.
- Metallic printingMetallic inks printed in the same pass as the full-colour artwork, so the sheen carries across a whole image rather than a single element.
- Foil stampingHeat-pressed metal leaf. The finish that reads as expensive across a room, before the pack is touched.
- Raised UVThick, dimensional resin you can feel with a fingertip. Used on logos and pattern work that has to be found by hand.
- Spot UVGloss varnish over selected elements only, so a mark lifts off a matte ground as the box turns in the light.
- Drip UVMatte and gloss cured together into water-bead or sand-grain textures. Reads as tactile before it is touched.
- EmbossRaised relief pushed up through the board. Depth without ink, and it survives handling.
- DebossPressed into the fibre instead. The quietest way to signal quality, and it costs no colour.
- Micro embossingMicroscopic textured pattern, for tactile grip and as an anti-counterfeit mark.
- Specialised laminationSoft-touch, velvet and anti-scratch films. Velvet gives a warm suede drag people notice and cannot name.
- Specialised paper selectionPearlescent, felt, linen and uncoated stocks. The substrate decides how every finish above will behave.

Questions
Before you enquire.
It depends on the product. Monoboxes and labels are most economical at higher volumes; rigid boxes start considerably lower, because much of the work is hand-finished rather than tooled. Tell us the volume you actually need and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right supplier for it.
Yes, and we would rather you did. You get an unprinted white sample first to settle fit and feel, then a fully printed and finished golden sample. Both are couriered to your address, including in the US and UK. Nothing goes into production until you have signed the golden sample.
Production and freight schedules are confirmed against live capacity and sailing schedules at the point of quotation, so the dates you get are real rather than indicative. We quote FOB, CIF or DDP on request, and we will tell you early if a launch date is at risk rather than late.
We place your programme where it makes best sense. Hand-finished luxury and short-to-mid runs generally suit Mumbai. High-volume programmes and US West Coast destinations generally suit Qingdao. Dubai handles servicing, samples and call-off stock for Europe and the Americas. We will explain our recommendation rather than just assign it.
