Whatever the programme
How it started
One press, and a refusal to be approximate.
In 1986 the business was a single press in Mumbai printing folding cartons for local manufacturers. The work was competitive and the margins were thin, and the only thing that distinguished one converter from another was whether the boxes actually fitted.
So that is what we became known for. Not the cheapest, not the fastest - the one whose boxes fitted. When the business moved into rigid boxes in the early nineties, that same obsession translated directly: rigid boxes are unforgiving, and a half- millimetre error is visible to anyone holding one.
Exporting changed the stakes again. A brand in Europe cannot walk onto the factory floor to check. Everything had to be provable at a distance, which is why certification, golden samples and documented process became central rather than administrative.
Forty years later, that is still the entire proposition. We make packaging you can trust without standing next to it.

- 1986
The first press
Green Pack Creations is incorporated in Mumbai as a single-press converter, printing cartons for local manufacturers.
- 1992
Into rigid boxes
The company moves into set-up rigid boxes, building the hand-finishing discipline that still defines its luxury work.
- 1999
First export programme
A gifting programme for a European client becomes the first regular export order, and export documentation becomes an in-house function.
- 2006
China operations begin
Manufacturing opens in China to serve high-volume programmes and access the regional component supply chain.
- 2011
Certification programme
FSC® Chain of Custody and Sedex SMETA are certified across the group, formalising fibre traceability and audited labour standards.
- 2014
Dubai hub opens
A regional office and distribution hub opens in the UAE, bringing client servicing within a short freight window of Europe and the Americas.
- 2019
Plastic-free engineering
A dedicated materials team is formed to replace foam and film components with moulded pulp and paper-based alternatives.
- 2024
Four decades
The group serves brands across four continents, and turns toward the United States and United Kingdom.

Structure decides whether a pack survives the journey and whether it can be recycled at the end of it. Finish is what makes it worth opening. In that order.
Say no in the first reply
If a volume, a deadline or a specification is wrong for us, you hear it before you have spent a week on samples. A fast no is worth more to a buyer than a slow maybe.
