It depends on the product. Monoboxes and labels are most economical at higher volumes; rigid boxes start considerably lower, because much of the work is hand-finished rather than tooled. Tell us the volume you actually need and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right supplier for it.
Yes, and we would rather you did. You get an unprinted white sample first to settle fit and feel, then a fully printed and finished golden sample. Both are couriered to your address, including in the US and UK. Nothing goes into production until you have signed the golden sample.
Production and freight schedules are confirmed against live capacity and sailing schedules at the point of quotation, so the dates you get are real rather than indicative. We quote FOB, CIF or DDP on request, and we will tell you early if a launch date is at risk rather than late.
We place your programme where it makes best sense. Hand-finished luxury and short-to-mid runs generally suit Mumbai. High-volume programmes and US West Coast destinations generally suit Qingdao. Dubai handles servicing, samples and call-off stock for Europe and the Americas. We will explain our recommendation rather than just assign it.
The golden sample you sign becomes the physical reference for every site. Colour is managed under a calibrated G7-aligned system so the same file produces the same result on different presses, and every run is checked in line against that sample rather than inspected at the end.
Yes, and we prepare it with the quotation rather than after the order. That covers material composition by weight, FSC® chain-of-custody references, EU PPWR assessment, UK Plastic Packaging Tax declarations and REACH screening. If your compliance team has its own template, send it and we will complete theirs.
Yes; we already supply brands headquartered in both, and expanding there is our active focus. Our Dubai and Mumbai desks cover European and American accounts directly, and you get a named contact rather than a shared inbox.
Yes. We hold Sedex SMETA 4-Pillar audits covering labour standards, health and safety, environment and business ethics, and we are an approved facility for licensed Disney product. Audit reports and certificate numbers are available on request, and unannounced visits are welcome.
In most cases, yes, and it is usually the more interesting engineering problem. Moulded pulp inserts replace vacuum-formed PET trays, folded paper cradles replace EPE foam, and die-cut apertures replace film windows. We will tell you honestly where a plastic-free route compromises protection.
At minimum: what the product is, approximate dimensions, target annual volume, destination market and a reference pack you like. Artwork is not needed to quote - a photograph of something similar is usually enough for us to come back with a real answer.
